How to lose inches


How to lose inches on the thighs and firm the buttocks in two months?

Anything anyone have used or a routine they followed that worked for them...............let me know please

  2. I've lost a lot of inches in a couple of months. Jogging has been the biggest thing for me. I walk a bit, run a bit, walk a bit, run a bit - it keeps my heart rate up but isn't too exhausting and it gives your legs and bum great shape. Lunges and squats work well. I did one with my trainer that was a killer but really works - you put a resistance band around your ankles (it's tied in a loop), squat with legs apart pushing against the band and shuffle a few steps to the left, a few to the right keeping the band taught. Wow! We also do a lot of stepping up and down off stairs or a low wall. Swimming, cycling and walking will also help. You should be following a healthy diet too, part of losing inches is often also losing some fat.   3. excersize, excersize, excersize!! thats the best,,,,,,DO NOT stop eatin, u can die,,,,or end up in the hospital...u dont want that. or, you can lower the junk food. i am tellin myself that im just going 2 have 1 snack a day, with my other 3 meals 2. maybe 4 lunch desert, have somethin a little big better then icecream, or cookies. its been working 4 me! ~hope i helped ya!!~ <33
