How to lose inches


Trying to lose a few lbs and/or inches and need ideas on foods to eat at home!! Anyone?

I eat salads w/ grilled chicken, low fat dressing or just a serving size of it, whole wheat grains, brown rice and 100 calorie packs of snacks. Any other suggestions to different foods I can eat? I don't like fish too much, although I do like tuna. Kinda on a budget, so anything inexpensive would be nice!! Any ideas?! Please let me know!!

  1. jacket potatos with tuna or beans. Beans on toast is good too.
