How can I lose a few inches in a month?
I'm not overweight just a little chubby(I'm 16, 116 pounds, 5'3). I want to get into shape for summer. How can I lose a few inches all over my body in a month? I'm trying to eat healthier and only drink water and milk. What exercises should I do and how long? Thanks so much!!

- I lost @ 80 lbs and did not exersise. All I did was cut most of my soda out, more water, stop snacking. Most important to learn portioning. Eat less at a meal. I ate what I wanted just for example... I would have a big mac and just cut the fries, or have a happy meal, smaller portions. And like I said I ate what I want, just less, no snacking, I lost @ 80 lbs. Ang your body will ajust over time !!!
