Can you do a seaweed wrap at home to help lose inches? I need to lose 2 inches for my upcoming wedding in May.

And if so where can I purchase this seaweed and serious reply's only! I exercise 4 days a week I even stop eating fattening foods and I have lost 20lbs but I still need to lose two inches

2. Not unless you want to have the seaweed wrap wrapped around you for the rest of your life.
3. In addition to seaweed you need to exercise and eat sensibly. The exercise and diet is more likely to help lose inches than the seaweed - unless you eat it.
4. what's a seaweed wrap? is that like sushi or something?
