Im male 22, 5'9ish and about 10.7 stone. Whats the best exercise to try and lose about half an inch of waistline? I heard about reverse crunches but i'm not sure if i was executing it right, I need to do lower abs mostly. Any advice? Also a good technique on those rubber balls people use to exersice with maybe? I tried those black metal things in the gym you lie on and place your head on, with 2 hands on a top frame but it dosent agree with my neck, unless I was doing it wrong! oh and, I eat quite a bit, as i work alot and burn quite a bit off, but, I wasnt planning to alter it that heavily to achieve the goal, I have lots of white bread too, i heard this was bad, or overreaction? I run alot as it is, but does running help lose weight off lower waist? I thought it was mostly for other areas of the body
