Lose weight?

Please help me. I love this boy and I need him to like me so I need to lose weight since I am not skinny. Its not just about the boy though, I really wnt to lose weight. Please give me GOOD siggestions. Nothing nasty or perverted or anything that isnt helpful.

Has this boy ever mention to you anything about your weight, than the changes that will always work would be exercise make it simple you can walk for 20 min 3x a week, then if you like it you can increase, also very easy try drinking water intead of sugary drinks, and lower your sugar or sweets intake during the week, and as a reward have a treat on the weekend. But you need to love yourself first as you are, so others can love you for what you are.

Well worth the cost. Mainly you eat 2 servings of lean proteins: chicken, fish, beef, etc., 2 servings of fruit, 4 servings of vegetables, 2 servings of carbohydrates: light bread, 1/2 baked potato, brown rice, etc., and DRINK 80 OUNCES OF WATER DAILY. The servings sizes are key. PROTEIN: 4 oz beef, 6 oz fish, chicken. FRUIT: generally 1 piece, or 10 small grapes, NO Bananas or Pears VEGETABLES: 1/2 c cooked, 1 c raw, NO CARROTS CARBS: 1 slice light bread, 1/2 baked potato, 1/4 c brown rice
  5. find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose. eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours) 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day 8 glasses of water have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily. ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
