How do I get inches off my thighs?

okay, so I'm 5'7" and 150 pounds, I still look thin because I'm tall, but my hips, thighs and butt are getting bigger. I can't fit into my jeans because of my a s s, but my waist is small and my stomach is flat, How can I get inches off my thighs? If I eat less I'm going to lose weight all over, but I don't want that!

  4. cardio will help alot. i have the same problem actually.. im 5'7 and about 140 and my thighs are the worst part of my body. ive been doing cardio and it seems to be working.
  5. Do aerobic exercise. When calories in are more than calories out, you get bigger. You either eat less, or burn more calories to get smaller. Other than that, the only thing you can do is make those calories go to building muscle. Lifting weights will not make you weigh less, but you'll lose inches. And not only that, but whats left in your legs will be firm and sexy! Most of those really good-looking girls you see in magazines do squats and whatnot. A semi-muscular girl with a little bit of fat (too little, and you'll look nasty), is what most guys find hot.
