What are some exercises that i can do to lose 50pounds and inches off of my thighs, stomache, and upper arms?

  1. Unfortuantely, you can do specific exercises all you want, but you won't lost weight off your stomache just by doing a lot of crunches. Your fat distribution is regulated by your body, so only running and eating healthier will truly allow you to lost inches off your thighs, stomach, and arms. However, even the most athletic of us can shed that upper arm flab without having 1% body fat... :(
  2. Practice keeping your mouth closed when you are close to starchy, fatty, or sugary food. Eat only oily fish and fresh fruit and vegetables. Drink only pure fruit juice, a little semi-skimmed milk, and plenty of fresh water. You will be amazed how quickly the pounds and inches just seem to melt away.
