How to lose inches


How can I lose at least 8lbs a month? I want to lose that and inches off waist, and thighs! HELP!?

I really need to do this! I'm 16, 5'4 1/2'' 160lbs I include a lot of fiber in diet, and protein, I exercise but I want results! Please help me, I look like a pig! I do exercise, I don't even drink soda!
