How can I lose inches off my waist, and inner/outer thighs?
DONT say running or all this cardio and eat healthy cause I already do that and I eat healthy so don't say that! What can I do? I dont wanna do diet pills, and tips? I go to curves, I try I really do I just cant seem to get it done! this is addressed to jacka*s aka the third answer t go skrew yourself, that is not true i just get tired of hearing the same sh*t all the time! i have asthma so things get hard

- Try doing weight training... it will tone your legs very well... do light weight, lots of reps..
- have you tried toning? push ups, benches? that works for me, even though when i ran track i lost a lot of my inner thighs
