How to lose inches


How can I lose inches off my waist, and inner/outer thighs?

DONT say running or all this cardio and eat healthy cause I already do that and I eat healthy so don't say that! What can I do? I dont wanna do diet pills, and tips? I go to curves, I try I really do I just cant seem to get it done! this is addressed to jacka*s aka the third answer t go skrew yourself, that is not true i just get tired of hearing the same sh*t all the time! i have asthma so things get hard

  1. Try doing weight training... it will tone your legs very well... do light weight, lots of reps..
  2. have you tried toning? push ups, benches? that works for me, even though when i ran track i lost a lot of my inner thighs
