lose weight?
hey people im a guy about 6,1 height and im trying to lose weight, my current weight right now is 273.LB and im trying to go down atleast to 200, can someone please tell me whats a good way to lose this extra pounds that i have please.?

- There are many things you can do the most efficient way is to have a good diet, that doesn't mean you have to starve yourself and excersise. One thing that is really important to do is make sure you eat every single meal, especially breakfast. Otherwise your body will feel deprived of energy and will just keep storing more energy/fat into your body. Another things is try to eat out as little as possible and get rid of all the junk food such as chips, soda, cookies, sweets and so on. What I would suggest for your diet, eat a little bit of everything, and you can have some junk food, too but not too much. Instead of having 3 cookies, just have one. If you for example want to eat chips, try to buy baked layes or sunchips and don't use the dip. Your feel like having a soda, try flavored water - it has 0 calories and it's delicious. Try not to eat anything too fatty after 6 pm, so your body could digest everything beforehand. Excersise every day, start with a little bit and go towards more. Just start jogging for 10 minutes the first day, do 5 push ups and 10 sit ups or something like that. And then the next day do a little more, and the next day repeat the process just add a little bit of a challenge Hope this helps

Then get cereal for your breakfast. probably special k. have chicken or fish with salad and veggies for lunch and dinner. low fat dressing of course. avoid croutons and bacon bits. If you get hungry in between meals, have fruit or some low fat yogurt. make sure you exercise.
