Can cutting chocolate out of my diet help me lose inches off my waist?

  1. i dont know about inches but it will help. chocolate is pretty fattening, just if u eat it, only eat a little a day
  2. you should lose wt if you eat alot of it then stop
  3. I think so, my sister stopped eating chocolate at the start of the year and she has lost 2kgs (not intentionally either). So i think if you eat quite a lot of chocolate cutting it out will help - as long as you don't replace it will the same sugar content - like lollies etc.
  4. YEAH CUT IT OUT NOW OR U WONT LOSE WEIGHT
  5. most deffintly!
  6. It depends on your metabolism. If it's high, it won't really change much. If it's low or regular, than yeah.
  7. It depends on what else is IN your diet. You can decrease the chocolate but still eat little bits if it's your favorite. Decrease food items that are high in fat. Include lots of vegetables and fruit in your diet and exercise. Eliminating one thing from your diet won't make a big difference in your weight.
  8. it depends on how much u eat now
  9. Totally agree with Laura. As long as the chocolate isn't being replaced with equally high calorie-high sugar-high fat sweets/foods, and depending on whether or not you were eating a lot (if you were, then scale it down to about half of what you usually eat and stay there for a bit). Don't limit yourself totally, though, otherwise, when you do start eating it, you're more likely to gorge yourself. No good! Treat yourself a little every now and then (like a hershey kiss or two everyday--those are actually good for your heart!) All the best!
  10. I gave up chocolate for lent and that was about 2 weeks ago. I wasnt the biggest fan of it but i am now realizing how much of these really good foods it is in and its taunting me. Its good that im not eating it though or else i would be eating those foods too.
