What weight training should i do to lose inches????????
When i think of weight training i think of lifting weights for your arms and legs..... How does lifting weights make your stomach toned??.So what workouts will make me lose inches??. Ive been told cardio will not do it... so can i please have some excersises that will do this. ( i do cardio 4-5 times a week, pilates and weight training class. Its not that i wanna lose weight i just wanna lose a dress size. to keep in mind im 5'8 144 and 19

- Hi when u think of lift weight lifting u think on the massive weights and do 100 of them and 100 of these but the smaler weights u do the better it does better for your body and dont damage as much :)
- Ok well whoever told you that cardio won't loose you inches is wrong, cardio and healthy eating is the way that you will loose inches especially around the abdominal area. Weight lifting on your abs will tone them but you will never see your toned abs if you have a thick layer of fat covering them so thats why you have to do cardio to loose the fat. Also if you want to drop a dress size then you are going to have to loose weight.
