How many pounds do you have to lose to lose 3 inches off you waist?

1. Depends how much you are starting of course, but for me typically about 5-7 lbs per inch... I have some weight to lose again being that I've gained 3 inches the last six months lol.
2. For my last show I started out at 175 lbs and a 33.5 inch waist. Nine weeks later at 161 lbs I was as 31.5 inches with 6% body fat....it's all about the diet....
