How to lose inches

Will this schdule burn out my body or make my lose those inches!!! plz read?

Ok ive been doing my new lifestyle for over a month now and am looking to lose inches. For the Past month ive been doing 3 indoor cycling classes, 1 pilate class, 1 step class and stability ball class. Ive been eating healthy/ watching my calories and drinking lots of water. In 1 month ill be doing this. Monday: indoor cycling and ab class Tuesday: bikini boot camp Wednesday: Cycling and cardio kickboxing Thursday: stability ball Friday: cycling Saturday: rest Sunday out door soccer. Will this " shock" my body and make me tone/ lose inches more for the summer. Anyways any tips will help... and am i working everything.. like stomach, legs, cardio.. you know., THANKS!! To keep in mind: 5'8 145

  1. that should do the trick...but always listen to your body. If you are in pain, stop. Make sure you are getting enough nutrients in your diet and drink lots of water. Watch what you are eating and you'll see the results in no time.
