Lose weight?...?
Will this eventually help me lose weight? Guess how much in how long, thanks? So... I'm eating less for breakfast, cheerios for lunch chinese food and for dinner leftover chinese food and i will work out from 15 to 30 minutes each day i won't eat a lot because i'm drinking a lot of water so will i lose weight? any suggestions? not like american chinese fastfood rice with vegies

- skip a day and eat the next. eat fruit.
- eatinh chinese food every day ( or at least the american version of it ) is not good for you at all...it is very greasy...except for the rices i think
- chinese food is horrible for you, you need meats and fresh fruit and vegtables
- Chinese food is very high in fat and calories. In order to lose weight you need to do several things: burn more calories in a day than you eat (depending on your weight, you already burn somewhere around 1700-2000 calories a day), keep your metabolism going (do this by eating several times a day, in smaller meals), drink a lot of water, and STAY HEALTHY! you need to eat healthy foods, exercise and make sure you stay hydrated. It may take a little longer, but you'll keep it off in the long run and you'll feel great!
- working out is old skool but the results are better and i think america needs more fit people
- The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.
