Ok ive been doing my new lifestyle for over a month now and am looking to lose inches. For the Past month ive been doing 3 indoor cycling classes, 1 pilate class, 1 step class and stability ball class. Ive been eating healthy/ watching my calories and drinking lots of water. In 1 month ill be doing this. Monday: indoor cycling and ab class Tuesday: bikini boot camp Wednesday: Cycling and cardio kickboxing Thursday: stability ball Friday: cycling Saturday: rest Sunday out door soccer. Will this " shock" my body and make me tone/ lose inches more for the summer. Anyways any tips will help... and am i working everything.. like stomach, legs, cardio.. you know., THANKS!!
