How to lose inches

Is this to much??? or will i lose inches? PLZ HELP!!!!!!! i need opinions?

Ok ive been doing my new lifestyle for over a month now and am looking to lose inches. For the Past month ive been doing 3 indoor cycling classes, 1 pilate class, 1 step class and stability ball class. Ive been eating healthy/ watching my calories and drinking lots of water. In 1 month ill be doing this. Monday: indoor cycling and ab class Tuesday: bikini boot camp Wednesday: Cycling and cardio kickboxing Thursday: stability ball Friday: cycling Saturday: rest Sunday out door soccer. Will this " shock" my body and make me tone/ lose inches more for the summer. Anyways any tips will help... and am i working everything.. like stomach, legs, cardio.. you know., THANKS!! To keep in mind: 5'8 145

  1. Wow! That's very harsh. I think you might want to add one more rest day if possible. You're going to have a really hard time keeping up with everything, because you're muscles will be SO tired. But good for you for starting a new lifestyle, it's a great ide and I wish I could try it.
  2. That is great but might be hard to sustain. To lose inches working out is fantastic but the real key is eating right. Eat primarily fruits and veggies. Eat a little meat (chicken/fish/Turkey) and don't starve. Eat 6 meals a day oh and the thing that people forget the most SLEEP. Sleep is when your body recovers and builds muscle.
  3. when you tune it looses inches because its tightening the area up that your working.
  4. Easing into a regime is best, but you should also be consulting with a professional adviser. All those classes seem to focus on a gym of some sort. Talk to a personal trainer there.
