How to lose inches


HELP PLZ I NEED OPINIONS!! will this help me lose inches!!!!?

Ok ive been doing my new lifestyle for over a month now and am looking to lose inches, i haven't notice much, only that i lost 5 pounds and lost 1 inch off my waist.. For the Past month ive been doing 3 indoor cycling classes, 1 pilate class, 1 step class and stability ball class. Ive been eating healthy/ watching my calories and drinking lots of water. Now i want to shock my body( because people say i should because your body gets used to the excersis) This is my schedule for next month Monday: indoor cycling (morning)and ab class (evening) Tuesday: bikini boot camp(evening) Wednesday: Cycling morning and cardio kickboxing evening Thursday: stability ball or day of rest ( evening) Friday: cycling(morning) Saturday: rest Sunday out door soccer.(morning) Will this " shock" my body and make me tone/ lose inches more for the summer. Anyways any tips will help...and is this working the whole body especially the stomach? THANKS!! To keep in mind im 5'8 145

  1. oh my gawd, that would kill most people. Your body really needs more rest days. You can do muscle damage by over doing it too. Call your trainer and ask them to help you schedule your exercise.
  2. If that doesn't work, nothing will. I get exhausted just looking at that list:-)
  3. Umm.... make sure you eat ENOUGH CALORIES. You need to fuel your body. Keep in mind --- muscle burns calories constantly. About every other day should be rest if you are doing things such as cycling. That will give your muscles enough time to rebuild themselves. Shock--- don't over-do. Seems like you may be going a bit hard on your body. Oh.... your body is like a models. I'm 5'7" (14yrs.) and weigh the same as you.
  4. that seems like alot to put on yourself dont you think? but just a reminder you have to remember when checking your weight, muscle weighs more than fat. so you may find yourself either not losing much or even gaining but your toning your muscles. also your weight can fluctuate anywhere from 1-5 lbs a day. so dont base your weight lose/muscle tone on what you weigh. try measurments. they dont lie. take the measurments of all the areas you want to improve and keep record of them every now and then, maybe twice a week - a month. and the workouts you are doing, are working all the muscles. running/walking is the best exercise for all your muscles. it works everything. kickboxing is amazing. it works EVERYTHING. and its fun and good to know! you hardly remember that your even exercising! i love it! and its a real weight melter too! =] hope this helped and answered your questions!!
