lose weight?
If i go to the gym everyday and go on the treadmill for 30 minutes, 20 minutes on the rowing machine and 20 minutes on the excercise bike and 30 minutes of boxing on the bags will i lose weight yes or no and tell me ways to lose weight us well plz

- Yes and no. Besides being extremely exhausted, doing 2 hours of cardio a day everyday will help to a certain point. First of all you need to eat right, which means eating five times a day. You need to eat high protein low carb foods. Secondly, doing 2 hours of cardio exercises will only build a better endurance, which is good. But once your body becomes use to the routine, you need to switch it up. Lifting weights will definetly shed pounds, especially if you are working the big muscle groups. Creating a workout routine that consist of 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training, three or four times a week will help. You body needs time to rest in-between days.
