The exercise will help you burn more calories, which, if you're not eating too much junk, should help you lose weight all over. You can't lose weight in one particular place, but losing weight everywhere does include your thighs.

I did travel by cycle wherever I went and whatever I did for about 10 years and I was always told I had muscular thighs even after decades of stopping cycling. so what we r talking abt is 'muscles' and it is only on the looooong run doesn't happen in 2 days :) in 2 days, u will only lose inches. hope this helps.
