How to lose inches?

Hi. I had a baby in late September and have lost all the weight but 5 pounds. Im 5'7" and 123 but my weight is proportioned differently now. Ive been slowly getting back into a workout routine since November. Starting Jan 1 Ive been on a weekly plan that Ive stuck to. I do the treadmill for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week, pilates 3 times a week and on "off" days, I do lunges, arms, back, etc. My question is how can I lose inches off my thighs and hips/middle area faster? Should I switch up my routine or do more? Its not easy for me to do with a baby so I try to do as much as possible here at home. Any advice & tips would be great! Thanks :)

  1. Running a bit more would help shift the problem middle bit.
  2. try running, squats, lunges, and swimming! maybe take up yoga or pilates!
