How to lose inches


What is a good way to lose some inches off your waist?

i just got a couple of clothes for my birthday but the shirts fit but they are tight around the waist. i wanted to lose weight and fit into them can anybody help me

  1. run 30 min. 5 days a week, and eat right ;)
  2. cardio & bellydancing definitely helps.
  3. Run and do a lot of crunches. You should exercise about 5 times a week! Also, make sure you're eating a low fat diet because if you're eating a lot of fast food and still exercising you wont get much results.
  4. I was told that you cant lose weight of an area in particular. But i think they were wrong. I do know that doing sit ups actually makes your stomach bigger because muscle is more dense that fat. So don't do any sit-ups. I think, just eat less and exercise more (cardio) and the weight will come off (maybe not on the stomach straight away) but after a while, you will lose a couple of inches off your waist.
