I want to lose about three inches of fat in my stomach, and lose an inch in my leg.?
I would also like to make my waist go in more, and be more visible, and decrease cellulite in my thighs. How can I do this, and about how long will it take? (I'm in school, so I can't snack, and I can't inroll in a gym. I have Core Rythms, an Ab Lounge, and a Pilates Ball.)

- You need to just stick to full body routines. There is no physiologically possible way to spot burn, sorry. You have to lose fat all over your body. Your body pulls from the most readily available place (ie. the last place your body stored it). Seeing as how fat is stored pretty evenly over the body, you have to burn fat from your entire body to reach the goal you are setting.
- Jogging, sit-ups, and crunches do help in the abs area and the legs. It is true that you can't really "spot burn" fat but these will work those areas and help influence them a little more than say fat on other areas. Don't expect it to work overnite, it could take months and does require an eating and exercise lifestyle to maintain.
