Lose Weight?
I'm 15 and i weigh around 180 pounds. I want to lose weight REALLY badly. Can someone please give me a plan or something like that to lose weight quickly? Your help will be appreciated! =) I'm 5 foot 4 Thank you guys for the all your help! =)

- exercise everyday for an hour, and eat lots of salad, but have portion control
- 180 pounds may not be overweight if you are a very tall person. Even if it isn't, you need to start /continue eating healthy. Instead of grabbing a cheeseburger with fries, maybe get a salad and an apple. Also, I found that lots of exercise helps. One week i lost almost 5 pounds from playing volleyball 3 times! Good luck!
- I weighed 167 and went to 115 in a month. I created a meal plan that was all low diet food and counted my calories. I I then started to exercise with the stuff on on demand. IT WORKS, join weight watchers I did that too
- Eat vegetables,lean meats fruits drink plenty of water and exercise.
- eat healthy, but eat only half of what you normally eat. excersize for an hour a day. do not eat anything with sugar.
