How many crunches do I need to do to lose inches on my stomach?
Wow, thanks guys- I hadnt a clue about that. Looks like I'll have to go back to running...my most dreaded form of exercise. Guess theres no such thing as an easy fix! Thanks for the support~

- you need to do a full body work out to lose inches off the waist. Running will do it. Drink lots of water.

You'll have killer rock-hard abs but they'll still be covered by fat which means nobody can see them.
