How to lose inches


lose inches off my stomach?????

i need to lose a few inches off my stomach. since i stopped playing sports ive gained some back. i need QUICK results. any ideas please. beisides cardio and a good diet, oh no acess to a gym right now either. help please. thanks

  1. Crunches will tone and strengthen your ab muscles. You do not need a gym or fancy equipment to do them. Just make sure that you are doing them properly so as not to injure yourself.
