i tried to lose weight but i just cant i dont know how whats the fastest way to lose weight w/out using diet pills and that stuff

  5. Don't eat anything shortly before bedtime. Eat multiple smaller meals rather than a few big meals. Stay away from high fat, high calorie, and high sodium foods. Drink lots of water. Exercise. Get plenty of sleep (reduces stress and keeps you more energized during the day).
  6. Run for atleast 20 mins a day, if u r a beginner then run only 1 mile then start increasing your distance. Drink atleast 6-8 glasses of water. Drink NO sodas or even fruit punches. Also, drink water when ur excersizing. Balance your meals, Eat lots of fruits as snacks, include veges in ur meals as much as possible. Remember to also have enough meat n dairy in ur diet. drink 2 cups of milk for breakfast, or better yet have cereal for breakfast which includes lots of vitamins. Have vitamins every day, i used One A Day Womens, theres also One A Day weight loss vitamins. If your too lazy to run, or dont have a tredmil available, then try joining a gym thats near u. It would probably be around $20-$40 depending on what gym it is, its well worth it if you spend atleast an hour there 6 days a week. Dont eat ANY junk, when ur hungry between meals, grab an apple or a banana, eat some strawberries or grab some cherries. Dont ever eat anything unnecessary. You can cheat once a week, make 1 day out of the week to be your "cheat day". Have 2 scoops of ice cream or any junk uve been dieing to eat. Make this a reward to youself for working out the whole week. Drink smoothies n protein shakes. Search on the net for some protein shake recipes. They can be really good. Do weights. Start out with 10 pound dumbells , put one in each hand and do about 5 reps of 20 a day. Slowly as ur muscle builds, do 15lb dumbbells and also try pushups too.   7. Instead of eating 3 big meals a day with snacks, have 4-5 meals a day that are smaller. Eat chicken breasts, nothing fried, thats all heart-attack on a bun! Exerxise consistintly, if your not consistent it wont work. Work an exercise schedule into your schedule. Eat veggies, and fruits, but not to many fruits becasue they have a lot of sugar in them!   9. The best I've seen out there is a book I just finnished reading. It has everything for your body and what programs to do to get the effects you want.   12. don't go for any fast way first. what you should do is make a plan. first eat regularly for 1 week and jogging in place 2 hour(1 morning 1 evening) everyday and drink a lot of water. if you not losing 1 lbs then your diet need some tweaking. check what is you daily calories intake needed to maintain your desired weight. if you get that figure then make sure that should be your diet calories taken everyday from that on. if you could adjust to this daily calories intake then you would not in trouble when you have reach your desired weight. check my profile for lose weight info.
