how do i lose inches mainly on my hips?
im around 39 inches around the hips, but i want to be 34. I am 34inches=bust, and 27inches=waist. please help.

- the hip area is fat so cardio exercises such as running swimming etc are good you can also work on ur butt which can help also, leg lifts and squats are great for the go with a healthy diet too it will help with the weight lose and energy good luck!!
- i wouldn't go down to 34 cause that is like 23 22 for your hips and that is smaller than a zero try going down to about 35, 37 those should be normal if you lose weight all around you will most likely lose weight in your hips and waist your waist isen't that big eighter my waist is a 25 and a half and that is a 2 or so also your bust is like a small in shirts so maybe you just have big hips and there is nothing wrong with that I think guys like hips so.. idk people are weird now a days
