I have a 28 inch waist and would like to have 25 1/2- 26 inch wiast. I consume about 1000 calories a day on weekdays. I'm about 5 foot 3 and a half. I'm trying to gain muscle and lose fat so I won't tell you my weight since that will be affecting it.on weekends I consume about 2000 calories on saturdays and sundays. I do cardio exercises for about 40 minutes each day monday through thursday. Every day I do 2 sets of 76 sit ups and 2 sets of 51 side crunches ( I don't know if thats the official name for that but whatever) . So far I've lost 3 inches in 6 weeks. But I know the rates slow down So please help me and tell me what is your estimate is of how much time (weeks-months) it will take to lose those 2- 2 1/2 inches. For the person who answered second like I said I'm trying to gain muscle so that will affect me losing weight so you can't just say 10-15 pounds since I will be gaining muscle weight too. Also thanks for your suggestion but I just like a break from eating perfectly during the week I want to be free on the weekends thanks thought. Anyone else? Please!
