How to you lose inches off your legs instead of building up bulky muscle while exercising?

- Swimming backstroke, brest stroke. good luck
- Dont eat alot of food.
- you could starve yourself, which is teh only other way of losing fat besides gaining muscle.
- cardio, cardio, cardio.....if you have the type of genetics that likes to put muscle on your legs, then you have to avoid all lower body weight lifing and just run or swin or bike or similar cardio to tone you legs.
- Definitely try pilates, it's based on your core (stomach) and exercises are for just that--leaning your muscles. It's challenging, lots of stretching, but is a good work out and you'll see benefits if you stick with it.
- High repetitions with little weight or just your body weight.
