i'm five feet tall and i weigh 120 pounds. i recently gained fifteen pounds from living really unhealthily during the summer. but now i'm trying to drop the weight and it's not going away!!! what are some ways to lose weight fast? i'm vegetarian and i don't eat eggs, by the way. and i have to snack a lot because i have a million errands to run during the day, so please suggest some healthy snacks. tell me some exercises, foods, snacks, and overall tips to lose fifteen pounds fast!!!

Lunch - 1 cup skim milk, 1 slice of toast Dinner - 1 cup tuna, 1 cup peas or carrots, 1 cup of cauliflower, 1/2 cantaloupe, 1/2 cup low fat yogurt. Diet works on chemical breakdown and it is proven. Do not vary or subtitute any of the above foods. Salt and pepper may be used but no other seasonings. Where no quantity is given, there are no restrictions, other than common sense. This diet is to be used three days at a time. Fluid consumption is important. You may have all the coffee (no sugar), tea or water that u like. If possible, drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Artificial sweeter and lemon may be sued. Please refrain from any colas or ther carbonated beverages while you're on 3-day diet becoz the carbonation will slow down the chemical breakdown.   3. umm eat organic fodd pr0ducts?they have organic tidbits?i tht u shld go for exercises like running,umm i tht u shld eat healthier food like not eating too much of carbohydate ffod like bread..u shld eat more fruits..i tht u can try slimming spa?u can take a look at sg website at 88db..beside u can try drinking slimming tea..it help to get rid of the unwanted food..

  5. There is no way to lose weight fast, period. You might lose it for a while but as soon as you stop your fad diet your weight will just go right back up.   6. Honestly, I lost 28 pounds doing this and it was dead easy. 1. Eat breakfast. It really is the most important meal of the day. Eating brekky kicks off your metabolism. 2. Dink a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it upon waking in the morning. 3. Grab a dinner plate from home. Draw a circle 3 inches in from the plate. Make sure your food does not go out of the circle. 4. Continue to eat what you already eat but eat exactly half of what you have. I was 103Kgs. Now I am 90 kgs since starting this in March '07
