How to lose inches


what are the best exercises that helpt one up and lose inches?

i would liek to lose weight all over am eating healthy but would like tips on how o lose it more quickly with the help of exercise thanx x

  1. the more muscle you have the more fat you'll burn off. Work out the big muscles, like your legs to increase your muscle/fat ratio.
  2. You don't worry, there is still three months ahead to your prom!! I started on January 3rd. 12 squats and 12 push-ups. next day I did already 13 and 13 - seems easy? not so fast. Today I (well I think I miscalculated something :)) ) I was up to 35 and 35 in a row, no excuses :))) muscles burn like hell around 30, but you push and push :))) Tommorow the dreadful (:) ) 36:36 :))) Not sure what your problem areas really are, but inches usually are refered to waist, hips, upper arms. You want to build muscles there - use dumbells. Sit-ups will help to get rid of that pooch belly. and the previously mentioned squats will strengthen your lower back, quads and overall muscles in your upper legs (thighs) Next day more muscles will eat more fat. I truly hope you are not sipping on sodas while excercising. Or one of those sugar loaded gatorades. Again, green tea is your choice of drink during your workout - no sugar no splenda shmenda - nada!! plain grean tea with all the benefits.
