How to lose inches


i need to lose 15 inches off my waist!?

im only 18 and have a 42 inch waist. i need to lose a lot of weight around my belly! how can i do this fast and easy? i wanna have a 28 in waist!

  1. unfortunately you cant do this fast or easily. But if you have the will and the patience you will see results. Basically just start eatting better and working out. the more you put into losing the weight the better you will feel about yourself
  2. there's really no EASY way. what i suggest is just eat healthier drink A LOT of water and try to workout atleast 30 minutes everday. Cardio is the best thing you can do to lose weight as well as sit ups and crunches. (: hope it helps. and good luck
  3. You have to eat healthy and do a lot of exercise to lose weight. It is the only way!!! It may not be as fast or easy as you'd like it to be. Especially if you want to lose 15 inches off your waist. It's definitely possible, but it will require hard work and determination on your part. you CAN do it. Eat plenty of fruits, veggies, carbs and lean proteins every day, but eat the proper portions.   5. -if you drink pop, stop! that will help. -exercise! dance, or any other sports at all! -limit your food time. example: eat breakfast lunch dinner and 2 snacks. or only eat 175 calories for lunch or..... -hope that helps!!!!
  6. Crunches might help. Leg lifts should help, too. No sit-ups. If these exercises hurt your back (they hurt mine), slow down and do smaller reps, or find something that puts less stress on your back.
