What is the best Excersize to lose fat on belly and inches on waist and love handles??
I am 50yrs old Asian petite lady 5feet tall, 120 lbs and has just the problem fat on belly,lose inches on waist,and saddles area.I have extra bulk fat on my bra line on my back and have folds on that area. Some one tell me the best Exersize ruitine to lose all this fat on these specific areas.I would appreciate any DVD/vidoe which work for just these areas.Also can some one tell me my excersize rutine on daily basis. I just just want to lose fat on these areas,otherwise I am good....thax for any vidoe recomendations and help.

- Well in my own personal experience Belly dancing & Pole dancing shifted the fat on my stomach & toned it up nicely. Just depends on how adventurours you are! Belly dancing is really good.
- you cant lose fat in chosen areas, fat burns equaly throughout whole body. just keep doing anything that raises your heart and eat less calories, and fatty food..
- PILATES! Also SparkPeople.com has loads of quick exercise vids that focus on certain areas.
- my boyfriend was chubby around the waist etc, and his personal trainer made him do a lot of cardio work. I believe this is critical. But using an excersise ball will really help tone the abs (i hear it is a great invention). Anyways, i hear lifting mini weights is important to tone and promote muscle. Hope this helps, i can garantee these are all important routines to lose weight and get a drop-dead gorgeous body. Just remember not to starve yourself. Eating is really important through out the process:)
- i have to agree with 'DART' its impossible to spot reduce,if you want to lose weight you have to burn calories(workout)
- the best excercise ever is belly dancing!!!!!! if you are a little shy you dont have to join a dance class there are plenty of dvds and cds you can buy that show you how it is done! ive been belly dancing for years and have gone from an apple shape to an hourglass shape. my boobs are definitely perkier too!!!!!!!!!!!!!! type the word "belly dance" on ebay and loads will come up at reasonable prices too! hope this helps!
