how do you lose inches off your legs and butt fast?

i just think im a little dis proporsionate and need to tone my lower body

  1. Change your body composition, which means losing fat and possibly gaining muscle. I would suggest cutting out all sugars, and doing 20 minutes at a time of aerobic exercise. But having your weight distribution as it is may just be your normal body shape. Optimize it by getting your body fat in the 17-20% range. Then do a lot of walking, and do resistance training to gain muscle in the upper body, to balance it out.
  2. do a lot of squats. my trainer says muscle burns more calories than fat, and so building muscle mass in your legs first helps encourage overall weight loss
  3. The only way to lose weight off of your legs and butt is to do cardio. You do the work, and your body decides where the weight will come off of. You can't spot train any specific area of your body, but doing cardio and toning exercises will help you tone your lower body. Squats lunges and other lower body exercises will work.
