How do I lose inches around butt/thigh area without squats/lunges?
My upper hips/thighs/butt tend to bulk up very quickly. What's the quickest way to lose inches in these areas and what should I be avoiding in my workouts? Whenever I do lunges/squats, it only adds inches to these areas!

- dont eat to much potatoes ...... do some jogging every day and use a jumping rope...
- Squats/lunges wont necessarily cause you to lose fat in that area, it will only help tone. You need a good diet and exercise program to help lose fat.
- Just eat a little less. Don't eat four potatoes, eat three. If you normally eat two biscuits with your drink, limit yourself to one. Just cut down! Fat comes off the whole of your body, not just in the places you want it to disappear from. You have no control over where it goes from.

- To lose fat, jogging is the quickest... If you can't or don't like to jog, an elliptical is a great alternative. It will take longer to get results but in the long run weight should be lost slowly anyways... I use a belt on my stomach and yes on my thighs... I bought two size small ones to use on my thighs... This when doing cardio holds in and makes you sweat more in a that targeted area.. It is helping me... I have thick legs and a round bum... The harder you push on cardio the more results you will see... Make sure too, your not eating high fat as this will make you bulk up when doing any kind of weights... Lots of greens and protein are what works well for me... But variety is a MUST... So the more choices you have you wont get bored of eating the same things ....
