How to lose inches


HELP! I have to lose inches off my hips and butt in 1 month!!!?

I work in New York as a model and need to have a hip/butt measurement of 34, I have a 38. I am a very active person, I eat good, and dance every week. I just finished Cross-Country, andI have no idea what to do. I managed to do it before, but it was very unhealthy. I have no idea how to do it. I don't have much fat, but when i try to lose the weight, I gain muscle...thus adding inches. HELP please, if I dont lose it I don't get paid.

Wow I'll say well done to you for getting into the industry in NY, I live in UK so it might be called something else in NY, but in the gym / fitness centre whatever go there and ask the fitness ppl that work there what you could do on their equiptment could help you lose weight around your hips/butt, but then that might give you muscle, so make sure to tell them you want to lose weight and not gain muscle. Geri Halliwell lost about 5 inches of her hips and waist area (mid section) doing something i believe to be kettleball, so go on the net about that. Just don;t go cliche and starve yourself, coz once you do that you will always resort to that in the future.not good. Also why don;t you try things like colonic irrigation, it usually help the belly area to reduce bloating but could maybe help other areas, detox and have a body wrap in a salon to give better complexion and help, some ppl say it makes you appear thinner and lose an inch or two. Just search around for treatment to clense and thin , there is more ways in America than in the United Kingdom. Thats all i can think of really , because you eat healthily and so on so you already know about that, maybe you should avoid fizzy drinks, chocolate or anything like that aswel, drink 2 litres of water at least a day and reduce calorie intake.
