- reduce your carbohydrates intake or as much as possible cut it in your meal. Do sit-ups everyday. Do that in 2 weeks, and see the results.
- I just started the Medifast diet plan, and am really pleased with the results. I have had a good initial weight loss, and although I wouldn't say I can fit into a smaller size of pants yet, my clothes definitely feel looser. I imagine I will lose weight off my waist as well as everywhere else I need to lose inches. If you have at least 20 pounds to lose, you may want to check out Medifast.
