What are some good exercies to lose inches off your waist line?
Besides sit-ups what else could I do to help me lose more? I don't have a membership to a gym. Is there any other exercise(s) at home that I can do to help me lose more around the midriff area?

- You could go jogging, or use a skipping rope.
- Dancing!! Ballet for example...cardio...crunches on a yoga ball work soo good!
- running- or even a fast paced walk. The really works the best, and it's great for your heart. Crunches work, even though they are a pain. I mix it up between sit ups, crunches and leg lifts(gets ur lower stomach) Even if you just run for 20 mins aday you'll notice a difference.
- Yes, jump rope is awesome. Boxers use this to build endurance and tone. But swimming is also very good. The thing with ab exercises is that they only work the abs. That seems like a good idea, but to lose inches you need to lose fat, and the more calories you burn the better. Also, look at afterburn, which is the period of time after the execise that your body remains stimulated. I find that lifting weights gives the longest afterburn, but cardio is the key. For just losing inches I reccomend a lot of cardio, but do a little weight training just to keep everything nice and tight.
