- honestly, surgery is your best bet
- take lots of vitams and there are great weight loss and energy pills and powders to put in your drink at department stores
- First of all, congratulations! Second of all, with the amount of weight that you are losing, it sounds as though surgery is going to be the only rout that you can use. Be proud of what you're doing though, regardless of loose skin!
- Your, losing too much weight too fast. Only option I know is having surgery to remove the excess skin. Gl
- myfooddiary.com worked for me - this isn't an advertisement, I'm just saying its worth looking at.
- omg you are the perfect candidate for losing lots of weight. Just stop eating and drink plenty of black coffee to supress your hunger. Please stop eating because it sounds like you are huge!!!! Be strong or be fat!!!
- stop eating. if you're young, your skin should tighten back up.
- This is the problem with losing weight fast - the skin doesn't return as easily. Perhaps - it entirely depends on your view point - you should go under the knife to remove the excess skin. Try to slow down weight lose maybe and see if it lessens the effect, otherwise you've got to get it cut off.
- TIME it all takes time .... good luck.. sw
- I take it your already eating healthily, but i would just say you shouldnt eat any fatty foods and eat lots of veggies and fruit. Also as you say excersisng is good... I cant really think of anything to use but you could buy some excersise equipment to put in your house so it is easier than going out to excersise Good luck
- Wow! great job!
- perhaprs you're not doing the right exercises to target your problem areas. You should try running (although it may be hard at first but you get used to it quickly.) Try running on the treadmill and doin sit ups. Pick a specific spot on the ceiling and don't take your eyes of off that spot just sit up and try not to strain neck muscles...good luck.
