How to lose inches


Does anyone know how to lose inches in butt, hips and thighs?

Im working at becoming a model, and overall I eat pretty healthy and have a normal matabolism, but I find that the only thing keeping me back from becoming a model is that I need to lose 3 inches in my butt and 2 in my hips and basically tone. Does anyone know foods not to eat, or foods to eat to help also any exercises or things to try? Please help me, I need help and I need to lose this within the next 2 months or so! Oh and I dont want to hear any "you need to become a vegetarian or eat organic foods" comments. I have no disrespect for that type of living and im sure it may be healthier, but I like eating meat and eating other things. Other than that please leave any comments or advice! Thank you.

  1. Exercise and eat a well-rounded diet. There is no easy way. You've got to do the work. Do squats.
  2. I have the same problem. Unfortunately, the only way you can lose weight off a specific part of your body, is to lower your overall bodyweight. In other words, you can't "spot-thin". I have successfully and easily lost weight by not drinking soda or eating white bread. Refined sugar is a killer. Lunges are good for toning your lower half. Good luck!
  3. You cannot lose weight in specific spots. The best you can do it to get to a normal, healthy weight and exercise to tone your muscles. There is no way to target particular areas with diet. Oh, and you SHOULD eat meat. It is vital to building muscle. I suggest you get a personal trainer who can help you target problem areas that you need to tone.
  4. I'm bottom heavy too. I started running regularly in August (fifteen minutes a day, during my lunch breaks, 5 days a week). It is now January. I'm into my old 2s and 0s again. I swear its all about steady, predictable excersie. I used to screw with my body by dieting. Nothing is worse. Supply your body with consistant staples, everyday, evey week (three meals, and two snacks, lots of meat and dairy *things I used to stay away from while dieting*) and consistant, regular Body Movement. I park ten blocks from work and walk every day. I still have a butt, but it's less bubble and more gentle slope now. Yay!!
  5. actually meat is a very good part of the diet if eaten in moderation... that being said i feel i should mention organic foods simply because if you want to be a model then your complexion as well as overall health should be in the best condition. you can find plenty of meats, vegetables and other great tasting foods in organic variety (it just simply means they dont have as much or sometimes nochemical so they are less harmful to the body) second, it is not a wise idea to spot train: find a program that works the whole body to acheive the best result. yoga and pilates are both excellent workouts that help with overall health, slimming down and losing inches. and they are especially beneficial to you if you want to be a model as they help build and tone and well as correct posture.
