I need to lose 2-3 inches from my waist & butt?
I've been working out for about 2 weeks now and eating right. I've lost about 1/4-1/2 an inch from my waist & butt too. I've been exercising every day (cardio) either bicycling for power walking for at least 45 minutes or more. I also do some pilates exercises for my waist, crunches, push ups, and other traditional stuff. My waist is currently at 26". How long will it take? Is there a faster way? By the way, I need to make my butt smaller. I know this sounds weird but it needs to be around 34". Any recommendations?

- Just keep doing what you're doing. =p However, it could aid a bit in burning calories and speeding up weight loss if you drink a lot of ice cold water (as it takes calories to bring it up to body temperature), eat more celery (it takes more calories to digest than is in it), and drink home brewed green tea, which has been clinically proven to boost metabolism and aid in the oxidation of fat.
