How do I lose 2 inches of my waist?
I run 4 miles every other day (3X) a week - M-W-F. On T and TH I run 3 miles. The speed I run every day is 7.3 miles per hour. Right after I run I do a 30 minute circuit workout.( I workout every muscle in my body with minimum rest.) Even though I do all that, I still have a 34 IN. waist. I would like a 32, before february 4th 2008. Is it possible? Am I doing something wrong? I seem not be able to drop below 34 in on my waist. Could anyone help? What kind of diet could I do to get myself out of this situation? I am training to be a navy diver!

- atkins maybe?
- that's probably the smallest your body can go working out. Try a corset, wear it everyday until February 4th, you should go down at least two inches. If not, you may not be able to get any smaller.
- watch what you eat. eat something with less fat and carbs and eat less.
- exercise every part of your body, focusing mainly on your stomach, and butt, and you will loose your waist fat while getting rid of the other stuf.f
- Losing weight (or inches) is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both. - Wild Rose Herbal D-Tox search it online, it's a cleanse, all organic, amazing
- make out a plan of what you are eating..no sugar, sodium, little dairy.. You can exercise all you want but it is whatyou put into your body that will hender your toning up.
- thats good.. how about drinking a pint or 2 of water before EVERY meal... 2 reasons , it fills ya tummy so ya eat less and it helps food digest.. using stairs instead of lifts etc.. walking instead of using a car. but part of it is portion control on the food.. and not big meals, but thats tricky , I'm guilty of that.
- I answered this before.... eat a balanced diet, but you need to know loosing a lot of weight rapidly is not good for your heart. Also, your body might go into preseration mode depending on your lifestyle before. Raising your motabolism will allow for you to lose pounds of fat as well as muscle. Drinking a lot of water, small meals throughout the day and not eating late in the night all help raise it. Be careful, because the loss in weight might transcribe to a loss in years too.
- well you should try wearing something around your waist while you exercise....also...this may seem nasty...but when you go to sleep wear long waist panties and pull your pants up... this really works trust me..im in a school were my skirt is in my waist and we all have nice figures
- All your running and exercising isn't going to make a difference if your not eating right. I don't know what your eating schedule is but you should try smaller meals around every three hours. Make sure your getting enough rest during the week. Going to the gym 6 days a week is a total waste unless you are training for a specific sport. Good Luck
