How do I lose 2 inches of my waist?
I run 4 miles every other day (3X) a week - M-W-F. On T and TH I run 3 miles.The speed I run every day is 7.3 miles per hour. Right after I run I do a 30 minute circuit workout.( I workout every muscle in my body with minimum rest.) Even though I do all that, I still have a 34 IN. waist. I would like a 32, before february 4th 2008. Is it possible? Am I doing something wrong? I seem not be able to drop below 34 in on my waist. Could anyone help? What kind of diet could I do to get myself out of this situation?

- Atkins type. Eat the smallest amount of carbs as you can. I lost 40 pounds in 10 weeks in college. You may not feel great, but trust me it WORKS.
- Yeah excercise without dieting isn't enough to lose weigth or size, it just tones up your muscles. Alot of ppl are under the ipression that excercise alon takes care of all your fat. Ne ways the diets to stay away from would be liquid diets and no carb diets. neither owrk. I had a friend on a liquid diet, her whole family was on it and it's just too out there uless your doing likea 5 day detox diet. If you have the money to spend I would recomend Nutrisystem or Weight Watchers, but if your not into those, I say eat healthy... Simple. *Hints* No sodas, only water, sugarfree juice and I still drink milk even though dairy has more fat, I mean don't become too obsessed with what you eat. I think milk is fine. Green tea. No more energy drinks because thats like drinking poison. Replace one meal a day with soup. Try as much as possible to eat fresh food instead of packaged foods full of sugar and sat fats and sodium. Also some good snacks would be homemade salsa with no salt added, and fruit. Eating many small meals over three big meals is supposed to help too but I don't do that.
