Effective exercise to lose inches on the hips/thighs?

There is too much fat on my thighs and my hips, I would like to get rid of it...Does anyone know a form of excercise that really WORKS for this area?

  1. i think u shud just run...i have some fat on those places too and i have just started running like a week ago...so i hope it works and also walk for like 15 mins after u eat a big meal
  2. To look hard you have to work hard so be prepared to sweat. Lunges,squats ,& incline treadmill training 3-5 days per week. This will give you the results you are looking for. Also lower your carbs and increase your protein intake. HANDS OFF THOSE CINNAMON BUNS!
