- If only I was your weight.... wow.... anyway.... if you go by the standards of weight watchers which stay about 1 to 2 pounds a week.... you could be down about 14 pounds by end of March. But don't forget to exercise, walking is relly good or walking in the pool is REALLY good.. in the water you add resistance. plus it is really easy on the joints..
- If you are a vegetarian (be careful that you get all the protein you need. Humans weren't designed to live without meat and it can be very unhealthy for us) and if you're not eating processed sugar or fatty foods there is not much else to say. You should lose weight. You can use the fitday.com tracker to keep count of your calories, if you want. It is easy to use, but you have to enter a lot of food yourself. Takes time and is a pain in the arse. Try to keep active. Take your dog for a long walk once a day or take up a walk/jog program. You can google that and find one. No one can tell you how much weight you could lose by any date. Weight loss is personal. You can lose about one pound a week usually if you stick to your diet and exercise plan religiously. But remember that there are plateaus where you might not lose anything for a while even though you're still exercising and eating right. Just keep working at it and you will lose weight. It just takes a while. At your weight though you do not need to lose a lot of weight. The most important thing is not to set yourself up for disappointment by setting unrealistic goals. You are 157 now. Maybe set a goal to be 130. Don't set a goal to be 100 pounds. Chances are you won't reach it and then you'll be disappointed even if you do lose some weight. Try to remember that most celebrities are an unhealthy weight and they maintain it by having very unhealthy eating habits. You should not want to look like them. Angelina Jolie will go to a party and eat a couple shrimp for dinner. And she looks awful. If you saw someone her weight walking around the mall you would think, "Oh my god. That woman must be anorexic or a crackhead." So just try to be healthy, not bony.
