Lose Weight??

i have just gained like 2 pounds and im very mad about it, before i gained weight i had always stayed the same, what can i do to lose the fat besides running(since it's winter) i really want to lose weight so can somebody help me best answer gets 10 points

  2. two pounds? thats not too bad. dont freak yet. you should jsut eat some healthy stuff and go to the gym. then you can still run, they have treadmills ;)
  3. watch what u eat. sit ups get work out videos to help u out.
  4. try going to a gym or working out inside just by doing sit ups. and eat healthy. watch what you eat and then combined with workout you should lose the weight quick.

  6. for starters watch what you eat. Cut out your sugar, light on the meats, and lots of fruits and veggies for fillers. Drink lots of water and mainly 15 min before you eat. That makes your body think its fuller quicker. Just stay active. 2 pounds isn't much. Just make a conscious effort and you'll loose it.
  7. Try to get more information on dieting, weight loss articles, health and fitness articles, weight loss forum and BMI calculator at my profile and get the advise from them to lose weight fast and healthy.
