How can I lose 3-5 inches in my stomach-belly botton area by the end of January.?

I'm 12, and 5'4", and weigh 145. I have no idea what cardio is... lol. Can someone explain?

  3. crunches im a dancer and i do crunches everyday now i dont have a six pack but i deff. have muscle!

  7. you're overweight for your age, have a diet, drink 8 glasses of water everyday, have a treadmill exercise and atleast a 100 crunches
  8. Do not stop eating. Eat smaller meals, leaner meats, exercise, drink water (no soda), and get enough sleep. Run/jog, do ab crunches (not necessarily sit-ups) and jumps - lifting your knees to your chest. Other exercises will help too. good luck.
  9. join up for basketball or something its tha season or do some sport u like and work hard and do lots of running and cardio and working out to just go out buy a set of dumbells and work with those to becuase in order to lose weight you need to do both cardio and muscle and just work hard wiht yourself and dont cheat with your exercises just be true to whatver you gotta do then your'll lose weight

Yes you will be hungry. the trick is not minding that you are hungry. so choose to be hungry and be slim and healthy or enjoy your food not be hungry but be a fatty. losing weight is simply just a choice. bottom line, it is all about having the integrity to do the right thing. just grow up. cut out all the un necessary eating.

  12. You dont need to lose weight....but here are some tips.... exercise 30 minutes a day, everyday, or 6 days a week. Suck in you stomach while running or doing sit ups, that way, your muscles will tighten...when you are sitting down or walking, suck it in as well... Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day 24 ounces of milk a day Eat whole wheat bread, lots of fruits and veggies Drink a cup of water, then green tea each morning, go to the restroom, and weight yourself... keep track of any weigh differences...let me know how it goes!!!
