what is a good way to lose your stomach?

I have worked out, done hundreds of stomach exercises and nothing. doing all of this has caused me to lose inches everwhere but my mid section. its so frustracting! thats the only problem that i have, and i hate it. please spare some great advice. THANKS.

  3. my trainer told me it was 80% of what u eat and 20% of exercise. u have to change ur diet to lose the stomach. i tried doin sit ups n i did reduce the belly yet not as much til i change my diet.
  4. start going for runs they dont have to be long but long enough probally about a mile and do sit ups and eat less food dont have snacks just meals

Seriously, sugar is the one who does the dirty work in weight gain. Stop eating it all together. We need about half our body weight in ounces JUST for regular body functions! When you feel thirsty, that means you are already dehydrated and lose brain function. I also do cardio 4-5 days a week for about 30 minutes a time. 4. Eat less. How many calories do you think is in that burger or that plate of fries or in that handful of chips. Your body starts repairing and rebuilding and speeding up weight loss while you sleep only if you sleep at about 10pm. If you are awake and go to bed at 12, you miss out on that very important time. Be thankful every day and love yourself 7. BE CONSISTANT! That I think is the KEY to losing weight. So what if you went a week and only lost a pound...or didnt lose any...KEEP going. DON'T stop. This is a lifelong commitment, so stick to it and one day you will open your eyes and need a new wardrobe! 8. Eat more veggies and skinny friendly foods.
